Shortly after Judy DeMers manipulated University officials into holding a behavioral assessment I moved out of Grand Forks, North Dakota. The following statement by Dr. Doan, the physician conducting the behavioral assessment, indicates North Dakota’s destruction of my career was inappropriate.
