Date University first notified me of this charge: February 8, 1991
FACTS:
University records do not concur with Judy DeMers’ entry dated December 16, 1989. Nevertheless, Associate Dean Judy DeMers lied to University committees and ultimately the Court by creating and utilizing the following false statement to obtain my medical school dismissal.
JUDY DEMERS’ LIE
12-16-89. Another message on my machine from Vivian. She said she was really stressed out and didn’t expect to pass any course.
