Date incident allegedly occurred: December 8, 9 and 10, 1989

Date of official medical school "dismissal": June 25, 1990

Date University first notified me of this charge: February 8, 1991

Judy DeMersí allegation is intentionally misleading because it portrays me as a weirdo hiding from the world. I notified Judy DeMers I would not be able to visit her as requested because I needed to study without interruption for the upcoming comprehensive final examinations like other medical students. My elderly mother telephoned Judy DeMers to pass along the message she would not need immediate eye surgery.

Incidentally, to this day, whenever I need to work uninterruptedly, I located a quite, well-lighted location and go to work.

Consequently, Associate Dean Judy DeMersí allegation is another misleading half-truth submitted to University committees and ultimately the Court to procure my medical school dismissal.

12-8-89. The letter described above was received. I had a note put on Vivianís locker requesting she make an appointment to discuss the letter. I received two messages on my machine (at 10:30 p.m.) from Vivian and one from her mother. Vivianís sounded very stressed.

12-9 and 12-10-89. (Saturday, 6:30 p.m.). Vivian left a message on my machine. It said, "Iím really stressed out. I am going into isolation---hiding out. Iím not going to let anyone know where I am. I just didnít want you to worry." She called again on Sunday, 12-10-89 between 4:30 and 8:00 p.m., leaving essentially the same message.

Chronological memorandums authored by Judy DeMers reveal she concocted this prevarication long after dismissal.
