FACTS:

Nevertheless, Associate Dean Judy DeMers lied to University committees and ultimately the Court by creating and utilizing the following false statement to obtain my medical school dismissal.

JUDY DEMERS’ LIE

8-28-88 (Sun) and 8-29-88 (Mon). Vivian called me Sunday, stating she is ahead in her reading and confident of her ability to keep up, despite the mono. On Mon., she returned to class and stopped by my office in late afternoon, stating she was anxious about her abilities to cope in medical school. I suggested counseling.

Accompanying University records reveal DeMers concocted this prevarication long after dismissal.
