JUDY DEMERS’ FALSE STATEMENT DATED MAY 16, 1990
Date incident allegedly occurred: May 16, 1990
Date of official medical school "dismissal": June 25, 1990
Date University first notified me of this charge: February 8, 1991
FACTS:
Telephone records reveal I did not telephone Judy DeMers "several" times as claimed in this false allegation. Note: Judy DeMers repeatedly telephoned my attorney, the police, the highway patrol, physicians and the like. My student record contradicts Judy DeMers’ allegations pertaining to numerous telephone calls and meetings. Nevertheless, Associate Dean Judy DeMers lied to University committees and ultimately the Court by creating and utilizing the following false statement to obtain my medical school dismissal.
JUDY DEMERS’ LIE
5-16-90. I called Vivian’s attorney, Arline Schubert, and informed her that my staff and I would no longer tolerate Vivian’s abusive and hostile telephone calls. (There had been several of these in the past weeks). I told her Vivian would be able to communicate with us in writing; through her attorney; or in person, if she made an appointment and permitted a third party to be present. Vivian also was told this, several times, when she attempted to call. We then hung up. This was cleared, prior to communicating it to Vivian and to Arline Schubert.

The absence of this and all the other allegations concocted by DeMers from my complete University records reveals Judy DeMers contrived these prevarications long after dismissal.
