JUDY DEMERS’ FALSE STATEMENT DATED APRIL 15, 1990

Date incident allegedly occurred: April 15, 1990

Date of official medical school "dismissal": June 25, 1990

Date University first notified me of this charge: February 8, 1991

FACTS:

Records reveal I never telephoned Judy DeMers on April 15, 1990. Nevertheless, Associate Dean Judy DeMers lied to University committees and ultimately the Court by creating and utilizing the following false statement to obtain my medical school dismissal.

JUDY DEMERS’ LIE

4-15-90 (Easter Sunday). Vivian called me in the early evening from Wyoming. She states she is afraid for her own physical safety. She says another first year student has threatened to throw her down the stairs if they are ever alone. She is fearful that threatening or incriminating items (such as drugs will be left in her mailbox or locker. I acknowledged that these are very serious concerns and I told Vivian I would take the appropriate steps for her protection. I asked her to stop and see me prior to attending class on Tuesday (Mon=Easter Monday, no class).

Note: I repeatedly informed University officials of the problems I was having with one group of students harassing and threatening me. However, the University condoned their inappropriate behavior. EVIDENCE:

Telephone record presented below reveals I never telephoned Judy DeMers as alleged. I telephone my boyfriend, Thomas Murphy on April 10 and April 16, 1990 from Cheyenne, Wyoming.

The absence of this (and all the other allegations concocted by DeMers) in my complete University records reveals Judy DeMers contrived this prevarication long after dismissal.
