JUDY DEMERS’ FALSE STATEMENT DATED APRIL 14, 1990
Date incident allegedly occurred: April 14, 1990
Date of official medical school "dismissal": June 25, 1990
Date University first notified me of this charge: February 8, 1991
FACTS:
Records reveal I never telephoned Judy DeMers on April 14, or April 15, 1990. Nevertheless, Associate Dean Judy DeMers lied to University committees and ultimately the Court by creating and utilizing the following false statement to obtain my medical school dismissal.
JUDY DEMERS’ LIE
4-14 and 4-15-90. I received several phone calls where the phone rang and after I answered, no one said anything at 1:15 a.m. and 2:00 a.m. on 4-14 and 11:20 p.m. 4-15.
EVIDENCE:
