JUDY DEMERS’ FALSE STATEMENT DATED APRIL 4, 1990
Date incident allegedly occurred: April 4, 1990
Date of official medical school "dismissal": June 25, 1990
Date University first notified me of this charge: February 8, 1991
FACTS:
My class notes prove I attended classes. I did not return Judy DeMers’ telephone calls because my attorney advised me not to converse with Judy DeMers. Nevertheless, Associate Dean Judy DeMers submitted this statement to the University committees and ultimately the Court to obtain my medical school dismissal.
JUDY DEMERS SAYS:
4-4-90. I attempted to call Vivian in regard to the non-payment of tuition (registration cancellation scheduled for either 4-5 or 4-6-90---and about her non response to Dr. Wilsnack’s office). Vivian had her phone off the hook all day. After having it checked by the operator, I asked the Hancock head resident to deliver a note to Vivian asking her to call me. It was delivered within 10 minutes of my call. Vivian did not call. Dr. Albright, Neuroscience course director reported that Vivian has not been in class for two weeks.
EVIDENCE:
My complete University records reveal DeMers concocted this prevarication regarding my attendance in neuroscience months after dismissal.

Citing sovereign immunity, the University of North Dakota refuses to comply with regulations guaranteeing me the opportunity to respond to this factually incorrect allegation contrived months after my dismissal!
