JUDY DEMERS’ FALSE STATEMENT DATED MARCH 29, 1990
Date incident allegedly occurred: March 29, 1990
Date of official medical school "dismissal": June 25, 1990
Date University first notified me of this charge: February 8, 1991
FACTS:
On March 29, 1990, I spoke to the Bursars’ Office, certainly not with Judy DeMers regarding the misplaced tuition check. On March 25, 1990, I refused to reissue the tuition check because the University’s harassment interfered with my studies. Subsequently, the medical school located and cashed my original payment (on or about April 6, 1990), then promptly ended my medical career on April 12, 1990! Nevertheless, Associate Dean Judy DeMers lied to University committees and ultimately the Court by creating and utilizing the following false statement to obtain my medical school dismissal.
JUDY DEMERS’ LIE
3-29-90. Vivian claimed I am harassing her about paying tuition when I informed her that her registration was about to be cancelled for non-payment. Dr. Sharon Wilsnack sent Vivian a note offering her an alternate experience to the small group experience as a means of meeting her Human Behavior class requirements. Dr. Wilsnack asked Vivian to contact her.
4-4-90. I attempted to call Vivian in regard to the non-payment of tuition (registration cancellation scheduled for either 4-5 or 4-6-90
EVIDENCE:
Chronological entries from my complete University records during the period in question reveal DeMers is alluding to a discussion that never transpired.

Citing sovereign immunity, the University of North Dakota refuses to comply with regulations guaranteeing me the opportunity to respond to this factually incorrect allegation contrived months after my dismissal!
