JUDY DEMERS’ FALSE STATEMENT DATED MARCH 1, 1990

Date of official medical school "dismissal": June 25, 1990
Date University first notified me of this charge: February 8, 1991
FACTS:
University records do not concur with Judy DeMers’ entry dated March 1, 1990. University records do not mention a meeting, anything concerning rumors, or doing anything to anyone at the University of North Dakota. Nevertheless, Associate Dean Judy DeMers lied to University committees and ultimately the Court by creating and utilizing the following false statement to obtain my medical school dismissal.
JUDY DEMERS’ LIE
3-1-90. Vivian accused another student of making the anonymous phone call to the Dean’s Office. This was done by starting a rumor in the class. I called her into my office and told her to stop and to correct the situation, as much as possible.
