JUDY DEMERS’ FALSE STATEMENT DATED JANUARY 23, 1990

Date incident allegedly occurred: January 23, 1990

Date of official medical school "dismissal": June 15, 1990

Date University first notified me of this charge: February 8, 1991

FACTS:

I fell down some icy stairs at the University on or about January 17, 1990. On or about January 22, 1990, I suffered an exacerbation of this injury. The University of North Dakota physician I consulted advised me to go to the emergency room knowing I had an academic examination the next day. Subsequent to examination he ordered bed rest allowing time for the injury to heal and prescribed medications producing tiredness, contraindicated for tasks requiring mental alertness. This is the factual account of the situation found in my medical records.

Associate Dean Judy DeMers submitted this information to University committees and ultimately the Court to procure my medical school dismissal.

JUDY DEMERS SAYS:

1-23-90. Vivian was seen in E.R. for treatment of re-occurrence of a back injury. She misses the scheduled make-up exam in Gross Anatomy.

EVIDENCE:

QUESTIONS:

Why is Judy DeMers again utilizing supposedly confidential information to procure my medical school dismissal? What happened to confidentiality again?

REGULATIONS:

Appendix contains applicable regulations disregarded by the University of North Dakota.

Citing sovereign immunity, the University of North Dakota refuses to comply with regulations guaranteeing me the opportunity to respond to this allegation.
