JUDY DEMERS’ FALSE STATEMENT DATED JANUARY 15, 1990

Date incident allegedly occurred: January 15, 1990

Date of official medical school "dismissal": June 25, 1990

Date University first notified me of this charge: February 8, 1991

FACTS:

University records disclose I did not converse with Judy DeMers on January 15, 1990. Moreover, I never discussed a reduced academic load with any University administrator at any time during my University tenure. Nevertheless, Associate Dean Judy DeMers lied to University committees and ultimately the Court by creating and utilizing the following false statement to obtain my medical school dismissal.

JUDY DEMERS’ LIE

1-15-90. Vivian asked me about the possibility of a reduced academic load. After discussing the "usual" arrangement, that is, dropping Physiology and taking it during the next year, along with Pharmacology, she was not interested. She doesn’t want to take Gross Anatomy this year.

EVIDENCE

Accompanying University records reveal DeMers concocted this prevarication long after dismissal.

REGULATIONS:

Appendix contains applicable regulations disregarded by the University of North Dakota.

Citing sovereign immunity, the University of North Dakota refuses to comply with regulations guaranteeing me the opportunity to respond to this factually incorrect allegation contrived months after my dismissal!
