JUDY DEMERSí FALSE STATEMENT DATED JANUARY 10, 1990
Date incident allegedly occurred: January 10, 1994
Date of official medical school "dismissal": June 25, 1990
Date University first notified me of this charge: February 8, 1991
University records disclose no mention of any Embryology textbook occurred during the January 10, 1990, conversation between Judy DeMers and one of my classmates. Moreover, tape-recorded hearing records reveal no mention of a developmental textbook in a wrapper. Nevertheless, Associate Dean Judy DeMers lied to University committees and ultimately the Court by created and utilizing the following false statement to obtain my medical school dismissal.
JUDY DEMERSí LIE
1-10-90. I was informed by one of Vivianís classmates that, "Vivian Nelsonís Embryology textbook has never been removed from its plastic wrapper.
Portion of pages from two different developmental anatomy textbooks clearly indicates I utilized a textbook for study as evidenced by the highlighted text. Note: I still posses these books, they are available for chemical analysis if necessary.
Appendix contains applicable regulations disregarded by the University of North Dakota.
Citing sovereign immunity, the University of North Dakota refuses to comply with regulations guaranteeing me the opportunity to respond to this factually incorrect allegation contrived months after my dismissal!
