STOP TELLING NATIVE AMERICANS TO THINK `HONOR' WHEN ALL WE SEE IS `DISRESPECT'

Not only as a Native person, but as a human being, I don't understand why we have to keep justifying to people with documented accounts of racism arising from the use of the UND mascot and logo at UND athletic events, homecoming parades, ice sculptures and class discussions.

To those who feel they must have the Sioux logo, I say get a life. Get over it. Go on, and do something productive. Find something or someone else to imitate.
