FORMER MED SCHOOL PROF SUES OVER HARASSMENT COMPLAINT

A former UND medical school professor is suing the university over the handling of a 1990 sexual harassment grievance against him.

Richard Rose resigned as chairman of the UND physiology department and took a job at Chicago Medical School months after the complaint was filed by Mary Leadbetter, one of his graduate students at the time.
