EX-UND STUDENT SUES MED SCHOOL Vivian Nelson of Laramie, Wyoming, named a number of defendants in her
complaint including the state Board of Higher Education, five "John
Doe" defendants and five medical school officials. She seeks unspecified
damages and a jury trial in federal court. UND says it will invoke sovereign immunity to keep it out of Court.
STUDENT SAYS SHE WAS ILLEGALLY DISMISSED
A former UND medical student is
suing the university and its medical school, claiming she was illegally
dismissed.
