N.D. HIGHER EDUCATION BOARD RAISES ROOM AND BOARD RATES

The state Board of Higher Education voted to raise room and board fees at eight of the 11 colleges and universities it controls including UND.

Only the universities at Valley City and Mayville and UND-Williston escaped increases, although Valley City remains the most expensive, as it charges $1,257 annually for a residence hall room and meals for five days
