My Experience With Judge Goldberg: I came before Judge Richard Goldberg in 1993 pro se to resolve the case A2-92-103 (Vivian Nelson versus the University of North Dakota, et. al). Note: Judge Goldberg was serving as a visiting Judge at the time. Despite evidence proving University officials intended to force me to fail, falsified my academic records, and denied me substantive due process, Judge Goldberg permitted the University to invoke sovereign immunity thereby destroying my career!

Consequently, Judge Richard Goldberg in essence ruled as follows.

Someone Else's Religion A Factor? To sensationalize and capitalizing on Richard Goldberg's Jewish heritage, University attorney, Gary Thune, knowingly lied to the Court by alleging me to be a Moslem, threatening to harm University officials and "seize the place."  In reality, my family and I have a well-documented Christian heritage. Typical of many individuals from the Western United States, I am 'Mormon' not Moslem. I never threatened or said anything about "seizing the place," killing, or harming anyone.

Nevertheless, Judge Richard, once again ignored facts and imposed an injunction against me! The injunction prevented me from contacting the University, thereby abridging my constitutional rights to due process and destroying my career.

Some Things To Think About  Clearly, if Goldberg would ignore evidence once, he would probably do it again, if he has not already. If Goldberg would deny one individual due process, then he probably denied others due process.
